Andhra Pradesh Government has launched NTR Arogya Raksha Scheme to provide the medical treatment to the people below Above Poverty Line (APL) at Rs. 1200 premium per annum. It was launched by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada. The new health scheme offering medical insurance to those who were not covered under any of the existing health schemes of the state government.

To profit of the advantages of Arogya Raksha, one should simply pay `100 every month per head. The medical coverage cover is presented to `2 lakh and free treatment can be had for 1,044 recorded wellbeing afflictions in any of the 432 corporate healing facilities and 80 government hospitals in the state. One can register for the plan at any of the Mee Seva centers till February 28.A similar service ‘Arogya Raksha’ has been provided to employees and journalists in the form of health cards and for those, who are not being covered by any such scheme.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu while addressing people said that with an aim of making Andhra Pradesh as “Arogyandhra Pradesh” the state government has launched NTR Arogya Raksha scheme.

Anyone who are eligible can check the availability and eligibility for AROGYA RAKSHA scheme can apply and avail its benefit, All needed is your AADHAAR CARD and the telephone number given in the aadhaar data.

After entering AADHAAR number you will be sent a one time password to the registered mobile number given in  the aadhaar data after which you can apply and pay the  premium of NTR Arogya Raksha Scheme ie..,  1200 annual per head and become a member of the scheme.
