Home remedies for hair-fall, baldness with flowering plants in your garden

Hair fall is the most common problem each one of us face at some point in time. Loosing 50-100 strands a day is considered as normal more than that means your hair requires attention. There will be many reasons that make your hair fall like aging, busy and stressful schedule, hormonal imbalance, genetic factors, drugs or using non-suitable, chemically rich hair products etc.

  • Spanish jasmine

Jasmine flowers are grown in all climates which are known for its sensual aroma packed with powerful antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. The extracts of jasmine flower, leaves and roots are used in many cosmetics and natural products.

Ingredients:
Jasmine flowers – 50gm
Jasmine leaves – 50 gm
Jasmine roots
cow urine to make a fine paste like consistency

Usage:
Grind all the above ingredients to form a paste like consistency and allow it to sit for about an hour and wash it off with shampoo. Repeat once or twice a week and those who have a cold problem do this remedy once every 10 days.

Add white gel like substance olive oil and egg into a blender and blend it until it forms gel consistency. Apply onto scalp and leave if for about 45min and wash it with a mild shampoo.

Ingredients:
A handful of guava leaves.
1-liter water
A pot for boiling.
Strainer

Usage:
Empty the water into the pot and place it on the stove. Heat the water to the point of boiling. Add guava leaves and let it boil for about 20minutes then strain the liquid and allow it to cool.
Pour this solution into a spray bottle and spray onto your scalp by sectioning your hair. Let it sit for about 2-3 hrs or overnight.
Repeat this every day or 2-3 days a week.
